Our platform integrates with Meta's APIs to enable publishing content to Facebook Pages, Instagram, and Threads on your behalf.

  • Facebook: Your Facebook Pages list, Page names, and Page access tokens for publishing posts, photos, videos, and Reels
  • Instagram: Your Instagram Business account name and the ability to publish photos, videos, and Reels
  • Threads: Your Threads profile name and the ability to publish text and media content

How We Use Meta Data

  • To display your connected account and Page names in our interface
  • To publish content you create and schedule through our platform
  • We do NOT access your existing posts, analytics, follower data, or personal messages
  • We do NOT sell or share your Meta data with third parties

Data Storage & Deletion

We store Meta OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage. You can revoke access at any time by:

4. YouTube API Services (Google)

Our platform uses YouTube API Services to enable you to publish content directly to your YouTube channel. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

  • Your YouTube channel name and ID
  • Ability to upload videos to your channel on your behalf

How We Use YouTube Data

  • To display your connected channel name in our interface
  • To upload YouTube Shorts and videos you create through our platform
  • We do NOT access your existing videos, analytics, or subscriber data
  • We do NOT sell or share your YouTube data with third parties

5. TikTok API Services

Our platform uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish videos to your TikTok account. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service.

  • Ability to post videos directly to your account on your behalf

How We Use TikTok Data

  • To display your connected account name in our interface
  • To publish video content you create through our platform to your TikTok account
  • We do NOT access your existing videos, analytics, or follower data
  • We do NOT sell or share your TikTok data with third parties

Data Storage & Deletion

We store your TikTok OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage. You can revoke access at any time by:

  • Disconnecting your account in StoryFunnels settings
  • Revoking access via TikTok Settings (Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions)

6. LinkedIn API Services

Our platform uses LinkedIn's Community Management API to publish content to LinkedIn profiles and company pages on your behalf. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement.

Data We Access

  • Your LinkedIn profile name
  • Organization pages you manage
  • Ability to create posts (text, images, and videos) on your behalf

How We Use LinkedIn Data

  • To display your connected profile or page name in our interface
  • To publish content you create and schedule through our platform
  • We do NOT access your connections, messages, or analytics
  • We do NOT sell or share your LinkedIn data with third parties

Data Storage & Deletion

We store your LinkedIn OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account in StoryFunnels settings or removing StoryFunnels from your LinkedIn Permitted Services. When you disconnect, we delete your stored tokens within 24 hours.

7. Pinterest API Services

Our platform uses Pinterest's API to create Pins (images and videos) on your boards. By connecting your Pinterest account, you agree to the Pinterest Terms of Service.

Data We Access

  • Your Pinterest username and board list
  • Ability to create Pins (images and videos) on your boards

How We Use Pinterest Data

  • To display your boards in our scheduling interface so you can choose where to publish
  • To create Pins with images or videos on your selected boards
  • We do NOT access your existing Pins, analytics, or follower data
  • We do NOT sell or share your Pinterest data with third parties

We store your Pinterest OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account in StoryFunnels settings. When you disconnect, we delete your stored tokens within 24 hours. For more information, see the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

8. X (Twitter) API Services

Our platform uses X's API to publish tweets (text, images, and videos) on your behalf. By connecting your X account, you agree to the X Terms of Service.

Data We Access

  • Your X account username
  • Ability to create tweets with text, images, and videos on your behalf

How We Use X Data

  • To display your connected account name in our interface
  • To publish content you create and schedule through our platform
  • We do NOT access your existing tweets, DMs, analytics, or follower data
  • We do NOT sell or share your X data with third parties

Data Storage & Deletion

We store your X OAuth tokens securely using encrypted storage. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account in StoryFunnels settings or removing StoryFunnels from your X Connected Apps settings. When you disconnect, we delete your stored tokens within 24 hours.

9. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
  • To improve and personalize your experience
  • To communicate with you about updates and support
  • To ensure security and prevent fraud

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With social platforms: Only to publish content you have explicitly scheduled or requested
  • Service providers: We use Supabase for hosting and database services, and cloud providers for media processing
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process

11. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encryption of OAuth tokens and sensitive data at rest, secure HTTPS connections, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

12. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and all stored OAuth tokens within 30 days. Content already published to social platforms remains on those platforms and is governed by their respective policies.

13. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Disconnect any social media integration at any time
  • Export your data
  • Object to processing of your data

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
