1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryFunnels ("Service"), operated by Digital Purse Technologies Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StoryFunnels is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps users create marketing strategies, content, and distribute media across social platforms. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • AI-assisted content creation and strategy building
  • Podcast management, transcription, and editing
  • Video clip generation (Shorts, Reels)
  • Quote image and article generation
  • Social media scheduling and publishing
  • Marketing funnel and email campaign creation

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service to publish content, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content to your connected platforms solely for the purpose of publishing on your behalf.

You agree not to create or publish content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains harmful, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Violates the terms of connected platforms
  • Contains spam or misleading information

5. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Our Service integrates with the following third-party platforms for content publishing. When you connect these accounts, you must comply with each platform's terms:

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including content moderation, account restrictions, or changes to their APIs. You may disconnect any platform at any time from your StoryFunnels settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to assist in content creation. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing
  • You are solely responsible for the final content you publish
  • AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Published content must comply with the terms of each connected platform

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or bulk unsolicited content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryFunnels and Digital Purse Technologies Inc. (James Cook Media) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. This includes any issues arising from third-party platform integrations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your stored data and OAuth tokens will be deleted within 30 days.
